Next In-Person CMT Class On 04/19/2025 11am - 5pm

ORDER DATE: TODAY, TIME: 2PM 

1. Tegretal 200mg/tab take 1 tablet by mouth four times a day (8am, 12pm, 4pm, 8pm for seizures.

2.  Amoxicillin 500mg/tablet take 1 tablet by mouth four times a day at 6am, 12pm, 6pm, 12am for 7 days. 

3. Lanoxin 0.25mg take 1 tablet by mouth every morning, do not take if pulse is less than 60 beats per min.

(Use a separate MAR for Tylenol)

4. Tylenol 325mg/tablet take 2 tablets (650mg) by mouth every 6 hours as needed for pain or fever of 100 degrees or higher.

Submit your MAR for approval before your documentation assignment  

1. You administered the 4pm Tegretal document on the MAR

2. At 8pm the resident refused Tegretal, document on the MAR.

3. Tomorrow morning, the resident's pulse is 68, document the Lanoxin administration. 

4. While administering the Lanoxin, the resident complained of pain and you administered Tylenol, document this administration.

5. You called the DN to report the pain, document your report.
